Located just a few steps from the beach, in Herzelia, Raphael Apartments features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. It offers self-catering accommodation units that overlook the sea. Free WiFi access is provided. All apartments are air-conditioned and include a living room with a seating area and a flat-screen satellite TV. Each one has a kitchen or kitchenette and a dining area. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and free toiletries. Some units have a washing machine. Some apartments have a balcony and a dishwasher. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers.
