Welcome to Our Home! We’re a family of three with a cheerful two-year-old, and we’re delighted to share our cosy space with you during your stay. Our detached house is set in a quiet, friendly estate—ideal for solo travellers or couples seeking a peaceful getaway. You’ll have a private bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed. The room also includes a wardrobe, desk, and chair for your convenience. Free on-site parking is available for one car. While full kitchen access isn’t available, guests are welcome to use the dining table for meals. We also provide basic cutlery, along with a toaster and kettle for simple food preparation. Please note: You’ll be sharing the house with our family during your stay. The bathroom is private to you, but it is not ensuite—it’s located just outside your room. Breakfast is not provided, but we’re happy to share milk and oats on request. Smoking and alcohol are strictly not permitted inside the house. We kindly ask that you respect our home and the peaceful nature of our neighbourhood. We look forward to hosting you!

Located about a 10–15 minute drive from the city centre (not really walkable). Bus route 303 is available, though the journey takes around 30 minutes. A fuel station with a Spar shop is right outside the estate. Grocery stores such as Dunnes and Tesco are a 5–10 minute drive away (not within walking distance).
