Located in Leap Village West Cork on the N71 Road. This luxury holiday home provides visitors with a luxurious space from which to explore all that West Cork has to offer. Riverside House is in Leap Village,a 5 minute walking distance to the local shop, playground and Church. 13 minute walk to our local pubs and restaurants. Set 3.5km from Glandore, 10km from Skibbereen Town, 22km to Baltimore where you can get the ferry out to Skerkin Island and Cape Clear Island. 9km from Rosscarbery to where local beaches such as the Warren Beach, The Long Strand are situated. Rosscarbery also has various Kids activities such as Smugglers Cove and The lagoon Activity Centre. 20km to Clonakilty Town. This warm new home has 4 bedrooms, 1 King Size room with En-suite bathroom, 3 Double Beds with one of the double rooms on the ground floor and Cot(s) can be provided on request, fully equipped Kitchen, Living Room, Utility room and 2 other bathrooms.
