Situated in the heart of The Rosses on The Wild Atlantic Way. 3km from the fishing village of Burtonport and 5km from the town of Dungloe with plenty of shops, restaurants & pubs to avail of. Perfect for families & couples who want to get away from their busy lives. The property has 3 bedrooms that can sleep 8 people. One located on the ground floor with a double bed. The 2 bedrooms upstairs both have a double bed and a single bed. Comfortable sitting room. Fully equipped kitchen and utility room. Bathroom on the ground floor plus two ensuites upstairs.
Local Attractions include the following : - Beaches: A number of pristine beaches within a short drive. Cloughglass, Keadue, Cruit, Carrickfinn and Maghery. - Golf: Ideal location for those interested in golf, Cruit Island Golf Club (13km) and Narin Portnoo Golf Club (29km). - Arranmore Island is an island situated off the west coast of Donegal, the Arranmore Ferry has multiple daily sailings from Burtonport Pier (20 min journey). - Dungloe Riverwalk & Fairy Trail. (Great attraction for little ones!) - Glenveagh National Park, the second largest national park in Ireland. It includes Glenveagh Castle grounds, Lough Veagh, bicycle hire and much of the Derryveagh Mountains. - Errigal Mountain, the largest mountain in Donegal, one of Ireland's most breathing taking and photographed mountains. - Sliabh Liag Cliffs, Europe's highest sea Cliffs (1 hour drive). - Crolly Distillery, located in the west Donegal Gealtacht village of Croithli, the Distillery is housed in a restored historic stone cut building constructed in 1901 (16km). - For those a little more adventurous, sea kayaking, boat trips and horse riding are all available locally. - Donegal Airport, crowned the most scenic airport in the world, offers flights from Dublin and Glasgow is a 15 minute drive from the property.
