Property info

This beautiful elegant property was built in the 19th Century as a private residence by a wealthy merchant family. From the 1920's some Christian Brothers resided here for more than 40 years. Since the brothers departed in the 1960's it has been used exclusively as a Guest House / Bed & Breakfast.

Neighborhood info

We are located on an elevated position in a residential area overlooking the River Lee and we are within walking distance of the heart of the city. We are lucky to have a selection of small local businesses all within walking distance. These include bars, restaurants, a pharmacy , café, a hairdresser, a post office and convenience store .
