Upon entering this countryside development, you can’t help but admire the beautiful gardens and pretty exterior of these holiday homes. Enter the holiday accommodation via a small porch into a bright and welcoming hall. Aughrim Holiday Village is a 3-bedroom self-catering holiday home sleeping 5 guests comfortably: Property layout – Ground floor: Open plan kitchen/dining room Living room with open fire WC Property layout – First floor: Bedroom 1: single sleeping 1 Bedroom 2: twin ensuite sleeping 2 Property layout – Second floor: Bedroom 3: double ensuite sleeping 2 WIFI available. French doors lead out to an open garden with a picnic table ideal for outside dining and kids’ games. Off-street car parking is available. Internet access is available at the property. There is a children's playground beside the fishing park in Aughrim. There is also a communal tennis court available onsite so don’t forget your tennis rackets and ball. This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.

A refundable security deposit of EUR 200 must be paid upon check-in. This will be pre-authorised on your debit or credit card upon arrival and automatically released off your card after departure, subject to an inspection of the property. Payment by debit cards will charge the security deposit of EUR 200 to your bank account which is manually refunded by the property within 7 days of departure. This will be after the on-site manager has inspected the property and is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been complied with. Please note that failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of all or part of your security deposit. Please note that the property reserves the right to charge in advance of arrival an increased mandatory security deposit of EUR 500 at certain times of the year. For example, during festivals, certain sporting events or public holidays. You will be contacted by the property with regards to this prior to arrival.
