The Wee House is located on the same property as the host's own home. A 2 km drive to Cashel, Glencolmcille village (pubs, shop, takeaway, trad music). Sliabh Liag cliffs 15 minutes away. 5 minute drive or 50 minute walk to Glen Beach. Visit Folk Village, Oideas Gael for Irish language, hill walking or just relax! Beautiful scenery, lovely beaches. Wee House has oil-fired heating, satellite TV, books, garden space and board games available. A place to escape from the hustle & bustle.
Most days there is someone around to offer help if required; contact numbers are given in the information folder as well. Or send a message us through the app.
Located in a rural setting, beside the host's own house but don't worry your hosts respect your privacy!. Plenty of beautiful scenery around and room to breathe. Hills and farmland all surrounding you. There are several lovely beaches close by. We are located in the middle of rural Ireland so be prepared for narrow country roads, often with sheep wandering over them. The little house is about 2 km (or a good 45 minute walk) from Cashel village where Bus Eireann and the local link bus run from. There is parking on the roadside and also on the premises if required. You will require your own transport to explore the area and to get o the wee house.
