This villa is located on the very edge of the city, in complete peace with a wonderful panoramic view of the entire North Adriatic with islands, which allows for complete rest in a peaceful environment with a view of the sea, which is 300 m away from the villa. If you want crowds, parties, evening walks, in two minutes by car or ten minutes on foot, you can reach the sea or the city center, which is alive until the early hours of the morning. The villa provides complete comfort for about 10 people located in 6 large rooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 large living rooms, 2 kitchens, which makes the stay easier and gives a dose of privacy on 330m2. The house is air-conditioned, has 5 terraces overlooking the sea, some of which offer complete privacy. An outdoor kitchen with a covered area for socializing and a large, landscaped garden give this villa additional value. On the ground floor there is a wellness area: sauna, hydromassage heated pool, billiards and outdoor pool. The holiday villa provides an intimate atmosphere with rich equipment and spectacular views in all periods of the year!
