The credit card used for reservation must be presented upon check-in. The name on the credit card must match the guest's name checking in.
Please note that for non-refundable bookings, guests cannot change guest names and stay period.
Kindly be informed that the hotel offers complimentary airport shuttle bus service every 30 minutes from 05:15 to 00:45. The bus ride is approximately 5 minutes. Guests in need please proceed to Car Park 1 Bay 11/12 Terminal 1 for Airport Shuttle pick-up, or contact the hotel's Airport Representative at B05 Marriott Counter in Terminal 1 for assistance.
Kindly note that parking charge is HKD 100 for minimum 2 hour and additional hour is HKD 50. Special overnight parking rate for hotel guest, charge HKD 300 for 24-hour.
