Spacious fully furnished family home in the capital city Georgetown – conveniently located a short drive from the city centre, in a safe and friendly neigbourhood. Guests will have access to the following rooms of this 2-level house: 3 fully air-conditioned bedrooms with blackout curtains; 2 full bathrooms (one co-shared as a laundry room); 2 sitting rooms; dining room and full kitchen with relevant appliances for convenience, including gas stove, microwave, toaster, electric and stove top kettles, blender, water dispenser. Hot water is available in both showers. Security lights and 24-hour surveillance and security cameras are installed around the property. A back-up generator with automatic transfer switch is available to ensure seamless transition from utility power to back-up power during an outage. A study room is available for the convenience of dedicated workspace. The bedrooms and downstairs sitting room are fully air-conditioned. The 3 bedrooms include 1 queen sized bed and 2 double beds. All bedrooms include adequate closet space. Property includes 2 smart TVs that provide wide variety of steaming content, including movies, sports, news, TV series. Free parking is available for several vehicles.

I currently live and work in Vienna, therefore my visits to Guyana are now sporadic. Recently (2024) I decided to convert my home to short term rental. I have a wonderful team in Guyana that will ensure your stay at Casa Rosa is an enjoyable one and will go the extra mile to make you comfortable.
