Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. If you'd like to extend your travels, retreat or just looking for a place to rest, we are located in the heart of San Marcos, less than a minute walk from the lake.
Nature, peace and connection are our focus, providing you with a safe place to stay while you enjoy.
Beautiful “Private Cabins” are set among a lush garden and with lots of natural light. Optimal place to those looking for a peaceful time in this special village. They all include a shared and equipped kitchen, bathrooms with hot water, yoga deck, good WiFi, housekeeping, gardener, maintenance, common areas.
Multiple “Fully Equipped Houses”, centrally located in secure area, private entrance, kitchen, patio, resting areas, designated work space, fireplace and big lush gardens.
We are looking for responsible people who want to extend their trip, do spiritual retreats, meditation, yoga or simply looking for a quiet place to rest.

Unicorn Reborn is a new concept of living with a group of well-located homes in San Marcos La Laguna. All our properties are just a few minutes’ walk to the restaurants and stores, the lake, the park and the shuttle services.
Located on a quiet path straight up from the lakeside dock nearest to cerro Tzan Kujil (Nature Reserve).
Getting to San Marcos is super easy, there are lots of shuttle and boats every day. once there is a few minutes walk from dock or the road, everything in San M is within walkable distance and we are in prime location.
