Stone private House -178 m2 : (4 B/d, 3 b/th, huge living room, swimming pool, air cooling, 4 verandas, BBQ. They can stay -11 people. Villa Ftelia is a newbuilt, stand alone Mykonian stone house, close to Ano Mera village. Built in 2013, on a private area of 4.000 m2, combines the ideal location of a hillside with the proximity to the sea, walking distance 550 m. from the beach, and 5 km from the town and the airport, ensuring ultimate privacy to the visitor. Arriving on the private parking of the house, the place welcomes you providing shadow and a relaxing atmosphere. It is consisted of 4 verandas ,presenting the visitor a marvellous panoramic view of the Aegean Sea. The House consists of two levels. In the upper part, there is the main house, 90 m2. It has a huge living room and a big kitchen fully equipped. There is also a private bathroom and a master bedroom (double bed). Outside, the swimming pool, 2 verandas, and a seperate place for BBQ. In the lower part 82 m2, there are 2 bedrooms of 18 m2, 2 verandas , 2 private bathrooms and a room of 28 m2 that can be used either as a bedroom with 3-4 single beds or as a playroom. All the rooms have air cooling with fan coils.

The traditional village of Ano Mera, 1 km distance, has many supermarkets, restaurants, cafeterias, bakeries, cash dispenser (ATM) , and a pharmacy. Very close to the house is the famous beach of Ftelia, the biggest beach of the island., with two nice restaurants ("Alemagu" is one of the best restaurant/bars of Mykonos). Ftelia is also famous because they prefer it for windsurfing and kite surfing people from all over the world. Activities in Mykonos: swimming, sunbathing, snorkelling, scuba diving, sailing, windsurfing, kite surfing, fishing, other water sports, mountain biking, horse riding on the beach, paintball, go-kart, museums, ancient sites, and daily excursions to the historic monuments of Delos island, besides diverse services found in the lively Mykonos town.
