Please keep in mind that this is a private house and not a hotel, therefore we don't have a front desk and certain services usually offered in hotels might not be available. We are not able to offer extra cleaning services during your stay. The garden and its facilities are shared with other guests. The house, located on the 1st floor of the property, offers 130 square meters of indoor living space. The villa consists of a sunny sitting area which has access to the 50 sq. m. furnished veranda overlooking Marathon Bay and Moni island. Having a morning coffee, lunch or a wine in the evening whilst gazing over the Saronic Golf will become the highlight of your stay. Regarding sleeping arrangements, the house has 3 spacious bedrooms all of which have a double bed, extra towels and linens, storage for your personal belongings and A/C. Two of the bedrooms have mountain view and the third bedroom has access to a 20 sq. m. balcony with sea view. The spacious kitchen is well equipped, with appliances, utensils and cutlery (for more details look the amenities section) and is connected to a large dining area. Lastly, you can find two full bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.

Please keep in mind that as we do not live on the island we might need more time than expected to resolve certain issues. The villa is located above Marathon bay, surrounded by a beautiful garden and has a scenic view of the Saronic Gulf. The settlement of Marathon has a few other villas, therefore you'll have a sense of tranquility and privacy. The distance from the port is 5 km, a 10 minute ride by car. A' Marathon beach is 250m away from the Villa and B' Marathon Beach is 500m away. The market is 7-10 minutes away on foot. We suggest visiting, Temple of Aphaia, an archaeological site on the north of the island, Perdika village a traditional settlement on the south and take the ferry to Moni island and spend a few hours on its beach. The distance from the port is 4,5 km, approximetely a 10 minute ride by car. Within 5 minutes on foot you will come across the market and restaurants on Marathon Bay.
