Brand new 1-bedroom apartment, situated in the center of Sitia just few meters from the beach! Walking distance to everything - Ideal for up to 4 people. Friends or family you are more than welcome all year round!
This modern apartment is fully equipped with whatever you need to feel at home. It consists of 1 bedroom with double bed and private bathroom, an open space with the fully equipped kitchen, living room with Flat TV and a very comfortable sofa-bed for 2 and a Guest WC. All rooms are air conditioned. From the living-room you have access to a very spacious balcony that overlooks to the city centre and the sea! The best place to spend your holiday time in Sitia!
We know how important "Communication" is for travellers so we will be at your disposal at any time prior arrival or during your stay!
We are always in the apartment at guest arrival and we offer a welcome basket with bottle of mineral water, coffee, tea, milk, sugar, jam, butter, Raki (local drink) and Cretan sweet. A short briefing of the house and some startup details for places to visit is given. We provide full details of any place of interest if asked. We are always there at the departure to greet our guests!
We will be very pleased to help you with everything you need, including advice on the best beaches and destinations, restaurants and even your shopping 🛒 to name just a few or in short everything else the region has to offer.
