It boasts a modern color scheme, designer lighting, and high-quality accessories that elevate the overall aesthetic of the apartment. Situated in the heart of Athens Spata, this location is ideal for those seeking functional, high-standard accommodation that is conveniently located just 4km away from the Athens Eleftherios Venizelos Airport. This elegant apartment is approximately 41m2 and comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. It is located on the ground floor of a stylish building, just a few steps away from Santa Maria Church (Panagia) in Spata. The apartment was constructed with soundproof windows and thermal insulation to ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay. The design of the apartment is characterized by a fluid chromatic sequence that is achieved through the careful use of materials, such as wood in contrast with light elements of glass.
