Istoria, a Member of Design Hotels Hotel, a member of Design Hotels, is quietly located on the eastern half of the island, on Perivolos Beach. The newly opened property features unique architectural elements. The 12-suite retreats stripped-down contemporary aesthetic acts as a next-generation social hub for sophisticated travelers, far from the busy tourist spots. Each one of the 12 suites is equipped with a king-size bed or German twin beds, air-conditioning, smart TV, wireless Internet, laptop-sized safe box, mini bar and coffee/tea facilities. All suites have private terraces and many feature outdoor hot tubs, private pools or panoramic sea views. À-la-carte breakfast is served daily in Mr. E Restaurant, which is also open for lunch and dinner, serving delectable Mediterranean fare. Guests can spend their day sunbathing by the large main pool or at the black sand beach, while enjoying signature cocktails and favorite snacks, or indulge in a rejuvenating body treatment in the hotel’s Asian Spa. Staff at the hotel are available to provide information at the 24-hour front desk.
