Kirikos, where you may find a variety of facilities (mini markets, pharmacies, shops and more), this unique villa has everything you may need for an authentic holiday break. External Living | Pool & Spa Whirlpool (Can be Heated with Extra fee) & BBQ This captivating home is embellished with a private 35m2 swimming pool (1.40m depth) that can be heated (together with the Spa Whirlpool) with an additional fee, embellished with a eight seater Spa Whirlpool and lounge area with signature sun-beds. Designed for ultimate play time, a ping pong table is also available outdoors to master your skills as well as 2 bicycles for adults and 1 bicycle for a kid with helmets inspiring adventure and togetherness. Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: 
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
 - Preferred Months | March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 4 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
 - Additional Fees | 70euros/day - Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Climate Resilience Fee A 15,00/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. It must be paid in euros at check-in to your Host.
