Sunny, spacious with a great view of the sea, this apartment is the perfect place for a summer holiday for couples and families. Just 380 meters from the sea and 4 kilometers from both Thanos and Kontias. This place with its beautiful sunsets will etch on your memories forever. EvgatisBeach apartment lies within 380 m from the beach and 8 km from the Myrina (port). It offers self-catering accomondations with free WiFi access (Down:36Mbps Up:4Mbps). The air-conditioned apartment (170m2, 240m2 with verandas) includes a fully functional kitchen as well as a TV. The unit also have a dining area and private bathroom with shower. The popular beach of Evgatis is 3.3 km away, awarded with international distinction "ΒLUE FLAG" (https://www.blueflag.global/show-site?siteId=6407). All the furnitures of the house are handmade and all the equipment are good quality

She is a certified hairdresser. She is the lady who deals with the interiors of the house. John Orfanidis will welcome you and help you with area information. He is IT student and will support the technical equipment of the house.
The neighborhood is quiet with a lot of green. It is easily accessible with a lot of parking space. Next to the beautiful Evgatis beach where you'll find two beach bars. It's near a tavern, a hotel and a bar/cafe. It is also close to the beach Thanos and Nea Koutali. Also the trail in front of the house leads immediately to a quiet part of the beach that is better suited for a relaxing holiday or families. The traditional village of Kontia is at 4 km. The most beautiful village of Lemnos with stone houses and many trees. There is also the Gallery of Contemporary Balkan Art. Tsimandria village (8km) has the best tavern of the lemnos (Kotsinadelis Tavern) with traditional Greek live music and food. If you want to shop economically, you will go to the three big super markets (Masoutis, AB Vassilopoulos, LIDL) (12km) in Myrina. If you want something fast and close to home, you will go to the mini market Chrysanthi in Kontias (5km). Myrina's castle as well as the Archaeological Museum of Lemnos, the Folklore Museum and Naval Traditional Museum is at a range of 5-7 km.
