Fully renovated apartment, full household equipment , Air Conditioned , in the heart of Kavala 200 meters away from the sea and 20 meters away from Children and Pet's Park. Apartment is in an area full of restaurants, cafeterias, supermarkets and parking area. You can go everywhere by foot and there are also bus station and taxi station near the apartment. Wi-fi 100 mbps , Netflix , Satelite Channels (EON) provided in an 55 inches 4k TV. Apartment is Pet friendly (as the owner),vet is downstairs and pet park just on the other side of the road.
My name is Akis Georgiadis, I am a Physical Education Teacher 32 years old, living 300 meters away from the apartment. I speak English, Greek and i can communicate with you in other languages also via Google Translate :) I will be happy to help with everything you need and i am able to help I can also suggest you my favourite places in Kavala (restaurants ,cocktail bars, beaches) etc. I will be the one to welcome you in the apartment and give you the keys
Around the block you can find the Archeological Museum of Kavala, Municipality Museum, the City Park , Rapsani Beach, fruits and vegetables bazaar(every Saturday), restaurants , pizzerias , take away coffee shops , Aqua Club , Super Market Piraeus Bank , Private Parking (1.60 p/d) , vet , pharmacy and many many other shops as the apartment is in the Center of Kavala
