Amalia's Place Welcome to our apartment. In a verdurous property overlooking the Ionian Sea is our apartment which provides you with your summer escape and offers you a relaxed summer vacation to relax during your stay. Our accommodation is located in the municipal district of Mytikas Preveza. It is only 80 meters away from the crystal clear beach of Mytika and 500 meters from the beautiful beach of Monolithion in the Ionian Sea. Room information The 55 square meter apartment is located in a well-groomed and well-landscaped garden of 1000 square meters. It consists of 1 bedroom, a spacious single living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom and two large balconies on both sides of the house. It can accommodate four (4) visitors. Visitors will be able to access: The apartment is located on an elevated ground floor in front of one of the two gardens overlooking the Ionian Sea. The special features of the house are: • The comfort and relaxation of space. • The large balcony. • The beautiful kiosk with barbecue in the back garden that you can use. • It has space for playing if there are children with you. • Eeasy access to all of the area
My name is Ioannis Dimitrakopoulos and I am a teacher in the profession. I live in Mitikas and I am married and with two children. Hobbies: Photography, Tennis, Reading, Traveling I am a very friendly, dear and communicating person and if you decide to choose our apartment for your holidays, I will take care of your best service.
Neighborhood information. In the village of Mytika you can find Super Market, bakery, cafes, restaurants and tavernas as well as a playground if you want to sport. Ways of moving: To enjoy your holiday it is necessary to have a car. All destinations are close enough, but the car is necessary. If you arrive by plane, there are many car rental companies. Note: If you arrive by air from Aktio airport (Preveza), it is possible to transfer you to our apartment upon agreement. Distances from our apartment: Aktio Airport - 10km Preveza - 6 km Lefkada - 24km Parga - 60km Ancient Nikopolis - 2 km Acherontas River – 45 km Ancient Kassope - 20 km Nekromanteio (Oracle of the Dead) - 40 km
