Basseini ja basseiniäärse baariga majutusasutus jääb Karfasi rannast 150 meetri kaugusele. Kõikidel Aeriko Benovias Rooms & Apartmentse tubadel on privaatne merevaatega veranda. Iga päev serveeritakse söögisaalis või aias omatehtud hommikusööki, mis sisaldab mahlu ja omatehtud marmelaadi. Basseinibaaris pakutakse külmi jooke ja suupisteid. Tasuta Kogu majutusasutuses on WiFi-ühendus. Aeriko Benovias Rooms & Apartments asub 5 minuti kaugusel liivarannast ja Karfase kesklinnast ning 6 km kaugusel Chiose linnast. Chiose rahvusvaheline lennujaam jääb 3 km kaugusele. Kohapeal on tasuta eraparkla.
