Elegant and Cosy 4 bedroom detached Storey Home with a spacious compound. The home has 2 beautiful very spacious living areas and two Terraces. The upstairs Terrace has a beautiful view with a relaxing swing. The master bedroom is massive (the size of 2 double room) with a double room walk-in wardrobe and a double room beautiful bathroom which comes with a Jacucci and shower. The master Bedroom overlooks the Marina Park (it has a lake, canopy walk, boat drives etc) which is within a walking distance. All rooms are en-suite with water heaters, built in wardrobes, air-conditions and beautiful folding fans with lights. The open plan Kitchen is beautifully furnished with an Island and linked to a laundry / spacious storeroom. There are two large polytank's and two pumping machines to support constant water flow and is also wired with Solar power to eliminate power outages. The resident is secured with a security fence which has an alarm and security Cameras. Comfortably drive in with stress free remote gate. Our beautiful home is very welcoming for children and a great and relaxing place for families, tourist, vacationist, work trips and everyone who wants to relax. It's also a quite place which can enhance productivity and work life balance.

Lakeside Estate is a beautiful Estate in Ashaley Botwe, Accra. It’s within the East Legon demarcation. Within a walking distance is the beautiful Marina Park with a lake which has a lot of fun activities including boat rides, canopy walk etc for all ages. Lakeside Estate is a very secured area with two police Stations and a check point which is very close to the house. There are numerous supermarkets within a walking distance. Also within some few meters is the lakeside community centre and a tennis court. There are very famous Restaurants including Chicken Man, Pizza Man, Pinkberry, Starbite all within walking distance.
