You are certain to receive a warm welcome from Zary and Derrick. Our rooms include double beds, an en-suite shower room, T&C, WiFi, TV and refrigerator. A light Continetal breakfast is included in our prices and we offer disounts for saye of two or more nights. We are happy to accomodate shift working. For smokers, there is a sheltered smoking area.
We have been hosting guests for over fifteen years and have had many of our guests return many times. Also, we are here to help with your every need wherever we can.
A delightful suburban area of Warwick just ten minutes from the train station and fifteen from Warwick town centre. The number 1 bus passes frequently to Warwick and Leamington Spa where there are many shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. We are about fifteen minutes walk and five minutes by bus form the Wedgnock industrial estate.
