Set in quiet, rural location in a superb part of the country, this delightful stable conversion has use of a tennis court.. Ground Floor: Bedroom 1: Zip And Link 2 x Single (3ft) Beds Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet Bedroom 2: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet First Floor: Open plan living space. Living area: 32" Smart TV, Freesat, Netflix Dining area. Kitchen area: Range, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack and doggy extras. Enclosed garden with patio and garden furniture. Tennis court by arrangement with owner (shared with owner). Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. This charming, detached stables conversion is the perfect spot for a couple or small family. Whether taking a break to the countryside, exploring the historic town of Whitchurch, or wanting to do some fishing on the famous River Test, this is such a great spot. It has been lovingly put together by the owners, who live in the nearby farmhouse. The living room and dining room are on the first floor and feature gorgeous views across the surrounding fields. Skylights and large windows make everything bright and airy. The two double bedrooms are downstairs, both with their own bathrooms. The second bedroom has a zip and link, providing options for groups. There is plenty of parking space outside, in front of the barn. There is also a woodshed for storing bikes, and an outside tap for cleaning dogs, wellies or other outdoor bits and bobs.
