Entire flat is yours with ground floor accessible entrances (sleeps up to 6) 1 double +1 king size bed 2 futon beds in TV lounge, kitchenette and bathroom. Quiet residential area with park 3min walk to town centre Beautiful dog walks nearby Dartmoor 10 min South coast beaches 15 min Exeter 15 min Town has market leisure centre cinema many restaurants and countless pubs. Aldi 5 min walk Cereals toast juice milk fridge microwave, slow cooker coffee machine provided Private parking Own patio “The Flat at No. 11” – Guide * We want you to enjoy your stay undisturbed so we will try not to bother you while you are here. However if you need us at any time please don’t hesitate to contact us by ringing our front doorbell To contact us Just come round to the front door and ring the bell. Dog We have a Black lab / Bernese cross who is docile and cuddly called Pushka and who usually sits outside our front door. She loves people and will come to say hello. If she is bothering you or you don’t like dogs just let us know. We welcome well behaved and house trained dogs (Max 2) but ask that they are not left in the flat unattended or go on the beds or sofa. Thank you
I live with my husband Mike. We have a 29 year old daughter and two adult sons who all live away. I work in the voluntary sector and Mike is retired. He was a teacher and is a keen surfer. We have lived abroad in several countries for many years including Spain and Japan. We have a very friendly dog called Puska. Mike speaks fluent French and Spanish and we live on the premises, are usually around always happy to help!
