Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and high speed full fibre broadband included. Welcome pack. Small courtyard with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Situated on the on the main promenade and overlooking the glorious beach in Clacton-on-Sea. Nestled quietly next to the owner’s home, The Annexe is a semi-detached bungalow, all on one level, and great for couples looking for a relaxing break away from it all. Guests enjoy a compact open plan living area and with a master bedroom and en-suite with a further twin room and shower room. The largest coastal town on the ’Essex Sunshine Coast’, Clacton-on-Sea is brimming with traditional seaside fun, including a pleasure pier, arcade, theatres, golf course and water sports. Throughout the year the town is bustling with people attracted to the main events in the town including fetes, fair and carnivals, and not forgetting the two day annual air show. Beach 50 yards with a beachside café serving breakfast, lunch and snacks throughout the day. Shops 500 yards, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
