A newly renovated apartment in the heart of Perth city centre. This space has been redesigned to bring inside and outside space together with a large open plan living room and kitchen space which opens out straight into the garden. The private garden features a firepit and hot tub making this the perfect place for friends and families to retreat, relax and unwind in. 2 Large double bedrooms and Living Room with comfortable double sofa bed. 2 newly fitted bathrooms and private entrance way.

Located in the heart of Perth, just 10 minute walk from the centre, both train and bus stations. With its own private front entrance and garden, it really is a home from home. There is free parking to the rear of the property for up to 2 cars. There is a bus stop into the centre just outside and only 10 minute walk away from all amenities.
