a charming property nestled in a quiet and picturesque location. This welcoming home offers a peaceful retreat, situated at the end of a grove, and benefits from backing onto the renowned Stoney Cove National Diving Centre—a haven for nature lovers and water sports enthusiasts.

Located on a quiet street but close to local amenities, Steve’s Place offers secluded bed and breakfast accommodation. Free private parking is available on site, and free Wi-Fi is accessible throughout. Steve’s Place is a cosy property, consisting of twin rooms. Each room has a flat-screen TV, a work desk and tea and coffee making facilities. Ironing facilities are available on request. A full English or Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. For lunch and evening meals, local pubs and restaurants are located within 10 minutes’ walk. Stoney Cove National Dive Centre is less than 0.5 miles away, and the property has drying facilities for guests. The M1 motorway is 5 miles from the property, and both Birmingham and East Midlands Airports can be reached within 35 minutes by car.
