Sand Dune Apartment is positioned right on the seafront with its own sun-trap terrace garden and easy level access. This spacious, split level maisonette retains some original Victorian features, but is contemporary in design.
OPEN PLAN LOUNGE/KITCHEN/DINING AREA
The main feature is the original Victorian fireplace, surrounds and original ceiling with coving and chandelier. The sitting area has two sofas and a rise/recline chair (suitable for people with limited mobility). There’s a flat screen 49” SMART TV/DVD.
The stylish open plan kitchen with breakfast bar is towards the far end of the lounge and is equipped with everything you would expect in a well-presented holiday home.
The kitchen has a double built-in fan oven and gas hob, fridge, slimline dishwasher. Iron and ironing board.
GROUNDFLOOR DOUBLE BEDROOM with en-suite. The bed has a removable ‘easy lever bed rail’ which guests with mobility issues can use. En-suite wheelchair friendly shower inc. flexible handheld shower head & grab rail.
BASEMENT ROOMS: FAMILY BATHROOM - P-shaped bath with electric shower over
ENTERTAINMENT AREA - Sleeps 1
42” TV with a ‘Wii gamer’ (can play DVDs) and a child's size single flip chair bed (suitable for under 14’s) which can be utilised to sleep an extra guest (supplement applies).
FRONT FAMILY BEDROOM - Sleeps 3 - king-size bed and single pine bed.
There is no designated parking but there are free parking spaces outside and a car park opposite, as well the main town car park 500m away.

Neighbourhood information
Surrounded by the Snowdonia National Park, the apartment is ideally situated for whatever type of holiday you want. For those with family’s, miles of sweeping sandy beaches await you, or perhaps you could explore nearby Harlech Castle – a World Heritage Site. If you’re into cycling or horse-riding, there are numerous scenic places to ride and the internationally-famous mountain-biking centre at Coed y Brenin just 20 minutes away. This is a walker’s paradise with the Mawddach Trail & Taith Ardudwy Way very close, whilst the Wales Coast Path passes the front door! For those seeking a little more challenge, Cader Idris lies at the head of the Mawddach Estuary, and Snowdon can be reached in less than an hour. If you’re not the active type, then how about a ride on the Cambrian Coast railway – one of the UK’s most scenic railway routes all the way along this glorious coastline – or maybe one of the famous narrow-gauge steam railways that proliferate in this corner of Wales?
