From the lounge windows it almost feels you could dip your feet into the Torridge River, just feet away.. Ground Floor: Living/dining room: Smart TV, DVDs, Gas Fire, French Doors Leading To Patio Kitchen: Electric Oven, Gas Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine Separate Toilet. First Floor: Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed, Freeview TV Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds, Freeview TV Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Gas and electric central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Welcome pack and doggy extras. Enclosed fenced garden with patio and garden furniture. Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Situated right beside the South-West Coastal Path, Riverside Mews is a relaxing, end-terraced riverside house that provides great holiday accommodation regardless of the time of year. Recently renovated in 2023 where new vinyl tiles floors have been laid on the ground floor and upstairs bathroom. The property enjoying stunning views across the River Torridge from the garden is also just a short level walk along the river to one side, and Bideford’s Victoria Park on the other (some 400 yards away). The path leads through the park (home to Burton Art Gallery and Museum and the Café du Parc) and on to the pretty port town of Bideford, with its pastel-coloured houses alongside a tree-lined quay. The park and its play areas are great for the young (and young at heart) with numerous playing fields, & a dedicated area for dogs, a small pool plus a skateboard park next to Bideford Town Football Club nearby. What to Do? Maybe take a boat trip to the nature reserve at Lundy Island, which offers the chance to see seals and dolphins, or there are many a pretty fishing villages to explore in the area, starting with ...
