    Excellent location. Spacious, rooms were all good size with plenty of wardrobe and storage space. Other rooms were large and plenty of space for two families. Outdoor seating as well. Well equipped in kitchen.

    The property was perfect for our needs as a large family group. There is loads of space, and the kitchen in particular is very roomy and well equipped. The outside is looking a bit "tired' , but that was not a major concern for us.

    Location is spot on. The house has all the facilities. Has that old vibe when you visit your grandparents in the country side. Sauna is a lovely addition to the house facilities. Parking decent for 6 cars. Overall is a great place to stay for groups.

Locally there is a superb go kart track and a fantastic rope and tree climbing experience.Superbly converted Church perched above Betws Y Coed but actually within a genuine 5 minute walk of the Station, the main street and the footpath to Llyn Elsi.
