Affacciata su uno dei più larghi intervalli di marea al mondo, questa struttura indipendente offre cibo locale, una piscina e una vista senza pari su Saint Clement. La Pontac House appartiene ed è gestita da Joe Pinto e dalla sua famiglia, che cerca di creare un'atmosfera familiare e amichevole. La struttura, situata sulla costa sud dell'isola, offre camere balcone che offrono una splendida e incredibile vista sul mare, mentre quelle sul retro godono di una piacevole vista sulla campagna di Jersey. Situata di fianco a una fermata dell'autobus che collega in pochi minuti St. Helier, la struttura offre una piscina riscaldata all'aperto (aperta da maggio a settembre) e un ristorante, che serve prodotti freschi di Jersey e frutti di mare pescati in zona.
