The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place just a 10 minute walk into the town of Dartmouth, where there are bundles of cafes , pubs and restaurants to welcome you and your doggies if your bringing one . This is a beautiful 3 bedroomed house with luxury bedding pillows and mattresses for that quality night sleep , 1 ensuite shower room off the master bedroom and one family bathroom with bath and shower above off the bunk bed room and a downstairs WC . 3 bedrooms , 1 super king very comfy bed , 1 superking that can be single beds , 1 full size hand made single bunk beds that would fit adults . A lovely comfortable lounge area with a 2 and a 3 seater leather sofas , which are very comfortable, enjoy watching the 52inch smart TV . Well equipped kitchen from basic pans to cake tins , pancake pan , whisk , garlic press and more , comfortable sofas with throws , dining table which seats 8 people with a log burner for those cosy nights in , playing games around the table with a few glasses of wine , also we have a high chair and travelcot available on request , stunning outdoor decking area to enjoy alf fresco eating and a few g and ts or enjoy the view and read your book feeling relaxed and chilled. Come and see for yourself .

A dream of mine after many years of holidaying in Dartmouth , to own a beautiful house on Victoria Road, just a short way out of town , avoiding the hustle and bustle of noise after dark , we've tried our best to make it home from home, making sure you have everything you need for a relaxing time away . Any requests or questions please give us a message we are happy to help where we can .
We have some beautiful walks , coves , A castle , boat trips , ice cream parlours, cafes restaurants and pubs all close by no need to use your car , beaches from 10 to 30 minutes away , lots of beautiful places surrounding that can be visited too like Salcombe, brixham , Blackpool sands , south Milton sands , Agatha Christies house , wine tasting, sugary cove, crabbing on the harbour , we even have a theatre in Town .
