The business is managed by Helen our property manager and Joy & Clarisse our guest relations officers. They will be on hand to respond to your enquires and help with the booking process. Please be aware that when booking with us, you will be required to sign our terms and conditions and upload a form of Government official ID prior to your arrival. Property information

★Welcome to 20 Manchester Street, a newly refurbished 4 double bedroom house. Sleeps up to 6 people. This is the ideal home from home to accommodate both families and contract workers. BAE systems is only a 4 minute drive away, and the lake district is a 40 minute drive.★ ★On the ground floor you will find the first double bedroom, the living room with 40" smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances .★ ★The first floor has the next 2 double bedrooms and the bathroom with shower and bath.★ ★The 4th double bedroom is located on the second floor.★ ★Free WiFi is available throughout the home.★ ★The parking is not available on the street directly outside the house as its a permit only zone, but there are limited spaces available slightly further up the street between the hours of 6pm & 8am. Alternatively, there is a small car park at the end of the street where they can park for free, or a pay & display car park at the opposite end of the street.★ ★Guests will be required to complete a registration form, sign standard terms and conditions and submit Government issued identification★ ★Damage deposit should be pre-authorized through our deposit link★ ★ SELF CHECK-IN - The keys to the home are in the lockbox that can only be accessed with the code we will send before your arrival once all booking requirements are completed.★ ★

Barrow town centre is less than a minute walk away, where you will find restaurants such as The Townhouse, and a wetherspoon pub and various retail shops. ★Hollywood Park is a 3 minute drive or 13 minute walk, where you will find fast food restaurants, Aldi supermarket and other shops. You can also visit Vue cinema and watch the latest film releases !.★ ★Barrow train station is a 4 minute walk from the property.There is also a bus stop near the train station where you can hop on a bus and visit locations such as Ulverston, Kendal or Windermere.★ ★Nearby attractions include The Dock Museum( 3 minute drive, or 15 minute walk) where you can learn about Barrow's shipbuilding industry, family friendly and free admission for all ages.★ ★Enjoy a walk around Barrow park which is only a short walk, or visit the ancient ruins of Furness Abbey and enjoy coffee and cake at the Abbey Mill Cafe, both only few minutes drive from the property.★
