Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Ensuite: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet First Floor: Galleried Area: Pull Out Bed (Single) Single (3ft) Bed Bedroom 2: Zip And Link Super Kingsize Bed (2 x Singles On Request) Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Electric underfloor heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Welcome pack. Enclosed courtyard with garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is a pond in the grounds.. Ivy Todd Barn is a fabulous converted barn with exposed beams. Set in rural Essex on a livery, ideal for couples to use as a touring base with a small courtyard with stunning countryside views. The high ceilings give the barn a great light and airy feel with ground floor open plan living area. A downstairs double bedroom with exposed beams and en-suite shower room, there is also a shower room that leads off the dining area. Upstairs a further bedroom with zip and link beds, a window into the barn next door and en-suite shower with exposed beams. Above the kitchen area, a galleried level offering a day bed with trundle bed underneath. Nearby attractions include Saffron Walden, this medieval market town is rich in history where a market has been held since 1141, now held on a Tuesday and Saturday. There are several garden and trails to follow. Audley End House and Gardens is a great day out, where you can explore the mansion house, visit the glorious gardens or discover life as a Victorian servant. Shop 5 miles, pub 1 mile and restaurant 2 miles. Free WiFi
