Enjoy a stay at this centrally located place in Rotherham, and only 10minutes drive from Sheffield. The house has 2 rooms available for rent - two Cozy, Large double rooms on first floor of a Terraced house, with free parking for 2 cars in the driveway, and EV charging for your electric vehicle. Happily access the shared spaces - dining area, kitchen, and garden. Foundry place is One mile from Rotherham town centre and 10 minutes' drive from Sheffield. All rooms include flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and Free parking infront of the house. Located 2 miles from the M1 Junction 33, this property is conveniently situated for Rotherham and Sheffield Arena. It is also close to New York Stadium, Magna Science Adventure Centre, Meadowhall shopping centre in Sheffield, Sheffield's business districts, Doncaster, the Derbyshire Dales and the Peak District. Perfect for Solo travellers, or Professionals or Holiday seekers, or Small families.

It is a lovely central area, yet within a mini-estate so it is peaceful. It is 2 minutes walk to bus stops & 4 minutes walk to the train station. 10 minutes drive to Meadowhall shopping centre, IKEA, and lots of restaurants, bars and takeout places. 15 minutes drive to Sheffield train station, the Crucible theatre. Proximity to tourist attractions - Rother Valley park (20minutes drive), Peak district (30minutes drive)
