A new luxurious lodge built to the highest standard in Bathpool Cornwall which overlooks the river Lynher and 1840 historic leat. Outside balcony with table and chairs. The property is Open Plan with cozy seating area smart TV, flame effect fire, kitchen area with table and chairs, sink, combination microwave, electric induction hob with king size bed, mirror wardrobes. Spacious shower room also providing towels face towels towelling robes hairdryer make up mirror and toiletries. Welcome tray is also provided - tea,coffee, sugar,local fresh milk and if required breakfast tray or Prosecco or wine at small extra for that romantic evening.
Hosting is very new to me but have stayed in many places myself and I know exactly what makes a first class experience. The lodge is built to the highest standard and furnished accordingly with cosy bedding, fluffy sheepskin rugs, ambient colour flame effect fire, cutlery, crockery, wine glasses etc I have tried to cover everything possible and will consider any reasonable requests to make your stay one of the best you have found.
Central location for walkers just 5 mins or so to historic Stara medieval stone clapper Bridge and swing bridge in Stara Woods. Bodmin Moor with ancient stone circles dating back to Neolithic or Bronze Age, Coper and Tin mines scatter over the moor nearby famous Cheesewring rock formation all within a beautiful area Minions Tea Rooms and many cosy public houses close by. Nearby are Jamaica Inn, Golithia Falls, Sibleyback Lake water park and Colliford Lake the largest inland lake in Cornwall. Launceston castle is 8 miles away once the capital of Cornwall or why not visit the famous Bodmin Jail. Further afield Looe, Polperro, Fowey, Charlestown famous fishing port (location of Poldark);to the South and to the North Bude, Boscastle, Tintagel, Padstow, St Ives, Watergate Bay to name just a few. Within Bodmin area it is ideal for cyclists with many routes available. Overhead the magnificent night skies have been designated an International Dark Sky Landscape. The Gardens of Heligan, The Eden Project, Rosemoor and many other fabulous gardens are within easy access.
