Stayed over a weekend whilst visiting a friend (who coincidentally lives on the same road!). The area is quite remote, so a car is recommended. But also great for lovely long walks surrounded by beautiful nature 😌 The place is exactly as...

Everything. It’s a very comfortable, pet friendly, studio apartment. And very good value on the dates we chose. Looks just as it does in the pics and is tastefully decorated with real art. WiFi was good and the surrounding areas are remote, but...

A large single room annexe containing kingsize bed, sitting and dining area, semi-equipped kitchenette with air-fryer, microwave, toaster and kettle. It has a separate bathroom. It is situated in a very quiet area of Norton Subcourse and has views across the marshes. It is a haven for wildlife, including red kites, marsh harriers, Chinese water deer and hare. It’s an ideal spot for bird watching for nature lovers. The property is between the city of Norwich with famous cathedral, newly renovated castle and famous cobbled streets, and the historic towns of Beccles and Bungay with cafes, shops and restaurants. Close to the Broads and boat hire. A car is needed for all local amenities shops and restaurants.
I enjoy seeing people relax and wind down while they enjoy the space. I greatly enjoy the local wildlife and nature, and I have a studio in the garden where I create organic art and art textile work.
The area has many wonderful historic features, Norman churches, remains of Roman settlements, a Tudor museum and castle in Norwich. There are many nature reserves within a 20 mile radius including Pensthorpe and Minsmere and seaside towns on the east coast such as Southwold and Aldeburgh. North Norfolk has many areas of natural beauty including Blakeney, Wells-Next-the Sea and Holkham. Several stately homes and gardens are open to the public in Norfolk, including Holkham and Felbrigg Hall.
