Family Property privately owned. FAMILY SUITE: This unit offers 2 separate double bedrooms with your private bathroom. The family suite is on the first floor accessible via 1 flight of stairs. There is one mini fridge in one bedroom. Carpeted, heated accommodation with free high speed WiFi, TV in each bedroom,. The bathroom is located right next to both bedrooms on the landing. Property walking distance to the ferry, free parking on the quiet main road. There is no lounge or other room part of the family suite. FULLY NEWLY DECORATED Budget and STANDARD BEDROOM with shared Bathroom. A short walk to the Ferry to France. BATHROOM CLEANED SEVERAL TIMES DAILY FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE LARGE LUXURY SUPER KING SIZE BED WITH EN-SUITE. Can sleep 3 people in the bed. TV (no BBC OR ITV) , WIFI and en-suite shower room accessible. The BUDGET DOUBLE ROOM is perfect for travellers crossing over to France early the next morning. The room is small but big enough for the standard double bed, which can accommodate 2 people. There is a smart TV, wardrobe, bedside table. Free WIFI for both bedrooms, hot drink facility. The STANDARD DOUBLE Bedroom with shared bathroom Is more spacious and has a mini fridge, electric kettle, tea or coffee, a TV with UTUBE, no BBC or ITV etc. 2 bedside table, a chest of drawers. Both bedrooms have towels for your convenience. THE BATHROOM IS CLEANED SEVERAL TIMES A DAY. Guests booking the double ensuite room have their private bathroom.. NOT SHARED WITH ANYONE. You are able to park on the main road as it is free with no restrictions.

The normal check in is after 3pm until 22.00 and check out is 9.30am. if you need earlier access to the rooms, please let me know as I might be able to accomodate this but there is no guarantee unless I have confirmed. The LUXURY SUPERKING BED WITH EN-SUITE is available to couples or couples with 1 child as the bed is very spacious Please note that this is a friendly and welcoming family home and I will do my best to ensure that you are comfortable. You will have access to your room and shared bathroom (standard and budget) but the rest of the property is private. Please ask if you need to use the microwave and I will do this for you, same applies with the fridge for the budget double bedroom. The standard double bedroom comes with a mini fridge. The luxury superking bedroom has its own private bathroom. The FAMILY SUITE is a unit with 2 bedrooms with your own bathroom. Please respect a low volume of noise after 7.30pm so everyone can enjoy the evening and night. I am usually home during the day so please do not hesitate to call/text if you have any questions. The beach and ferry to France are walking distance from the house . You have the Newhaven fort, Paradise park (kids park and garden centre), Scuba centre, family-run Italian restaurant also opened for breakfast daily, kebab and fish and chips take away, local shops for groceries, Town Centre with library and shops.
