Recently renovated bungalow with lovely sea view, only 250 paces away from the sea. No dogs or pets please. Open plan living, garden, summerhouse and free parking. WiFi, smart tvs in lounge and bedroom. Parasols in garden and on front seating area. One sunlounger. Quality rattan garden furniture.
I have run a holiday let in Ludlow since 2010. I bought this bungalow in 2022 when my husband was ill, and could no longer fly. He doesn't use the bungalow and we can't retire yet, so in view of the massive increase in Council Tax premium I have decided to let it out a little to help with the extra costs. I like running, walking, swimming, so the area around Llannon suits me perfectly. I'm asthmatic hence I can't take bookings from people wishing to bring a dog.
Very quiet. Lovely coastal walks, and lots of flat well maintained paths with lots of benches. The village has a good local pub, the White Swan, a butcher, excellent general stores for papers, wine, milk, bread etc, a hairdresser, garage. Aberaeron is 5 miles away, Aberystwyth is 11 miles, with Tesco, Morrisons, M&S and lots more
