Located off the main road, a detached property set a family friendly area, bus stop is just 200 yards down the road and buses run frequently into Barmouth which is the nearest town just 2 miles away.

There are many enjoyable walks from the house, as well as a public footpath that takes you to many of them. The old Roman road can be found from the house going into Barmouth on the same footpath route.
