    «Location was ideal for the ferry two mins away, only took 20 minutes to mainland Orkney. Lovely pub Murray Arms serving lots of fresh fish. The flat was cosy, warm and comfortable, had everything we needed for a 3 night stay.»

St Margarets Hope is a quiet village with lots of local activities. Golf course, tennis and lawn bowling. Marengo garden is a 2 minute walk from the house where you can sit and relax and take a picnic. Electric car charging on Church road just across from Robertson's coffee hoose and bar and just up from Doulls shop. Craft shop and gallery just along the road from the house. Fish and chip van at the Cromarty Square every Saturday. Frequent bus service to Kirkwall and then on to Stromness. Lots of lovely beaches nearby.
