The fine print
When booking for 2 people, the rate is calculated according to the number of people and room occupancy. For a 2-person rate, only the upper part of the house is available (living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, toilet and outdoor kitchen).
If you wish to occupy the whole villa, the rate for 4 people applies.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Villa Madra in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
A damage deposit of € 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
