1h15 from the Atlantic Ocean and the Marais Poitevin, 45 min from the banks of the Loire and its castles (Angers, Nantes) or the magnificent Doué-la-Fontaine Zoo (Bioparc), 20 min from Puy du Fou, Hellfest and Poupet festivals, 10 minutes from Maulévrier Oriental Park... Located in the heart of Cholet town center, in a very quiet street (with free parking), you'll be within easy reach of shops (restaurants, Super U 100 meters away, bakery, pharmacy...), services (post office, banks...), theater, cinema... Please note that our private mansion is suitable for seminars and meetings, as it is equipped with Wifi, a room with video projector and an adapted table (billiard table). The accommodation is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The private garage can accommodate 1 vehicle, and the swimming pool can be opened manually by sliding the terraces. The exterior of the mansion is equipped with an Airbnb-approved "Minut" noise detector to respect the quiet of the neighborhood (parties are prohibited).
