Modern 3 Bedroom (2 Air conditioned 1 mezanine) gite that sleeps 6 with large living space and fully equipped kitchen. The property is situated in an extensive garden with covered and open air seating areas next to a swimming pool and wood fired hot tub that's use is exclusively for gite guests. No disabled access, not suitable for small children. (Access to property through a flight of stairs).
We love providing a fantastic and fully equiped space for our guests, attention to detail is our forte.
Nestled in a quiet village of Peyrat de Bellac within walking distance of the bustling little town of Bellac that features a number of bars, fantastic restaurants, shops and supermarkets. A wonderful contrast of village life and town amenities. Situated 37km from Limoges Bellegarde Airport and 92km from Poitiers Biard Airport makes this property easiy to get to. Local attraction Jardin Zoologique Bellachon is on the doorstep just 3km away in Bellac which also has a childrens play park in the beautiful riverside area of Bellac. For those who like walking, Bellac boasts beautiful walks through its old town to the riverside with veiws of the church and viaduct. Lac de Saint pardoux beach and swimming pool are a short 32 km drive. Tarz en Arbre Areial adventure park in the trees is 41km away and the amusement park Futuroscope just 90 km and is suitable for children of all ages.
