Discover L'Île de Holavre, a family apartment located on the ground floor, with a small garden and reserved parking for a comfortable stay. Just two minutes drive from a supermarket and five minutes from the beaches and the point of Arradon, it enjoys an ideal location. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, offering a pleasant space for families or friends. Its quiet and central environment, close to all amenities, makes it a perfect asset to fully enjoy your stay. Please remember that you are staying in a private accommodation. This is not a hotel and we do not claim to have the same standing, although we do our best to improve the experience of our guests. Please respect the site, your environment and the neighbourhood. If there is a problem, I will do my best to act as quickly as possible. IMPORTANT, PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION. Linen in the accommodation is provided for all beds! HOUSING ARRANGEMENTS - Make the dwelling in a suitable condition; - The refrigerator must be emptied when you leave; - Dishes must be washed and stored - Close the shutters and windows when you leave; - Have not damaged, broken or stolen anything; - Take out the garbage when you leave (see location in the welcome booklet); - Put the linen at the foot of the bed on departure - Maximum departure at 11am, unless otherwise stated.
