Charming independent apartment of 38 m² with a 13 m² terrace. It is spacious and very well equipped, the kitchen is fully equipped, living room with TV, free wifi and with air conditioning. Access to the apartment is autonomous thanks to a digital lock. The pool consists of an adult part and a paddling pool. A parking space is included in the secure residence. The seaside is at 3 minutes by foot
