On the raised ground floor (elevator): fully equipped kitchen partially open to a large living room/dining room extended by a terrace with sea views and a promenade, two bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed and private shower room, two with two single beds that can be joined to form a king-size bed), bathroom, separate toilet, and a small laundry room with a washer-dryer. Amenities included: complete baby equipment. Not included: gas heating (euros1.12/m3), sheets (euros15/bed), towels (euros8/person), and tourist tax. Non-smoking cottage. Pets are not allowed. St Nazaire 10 km, La Baule 21 km, Guérande 28 km. Apartment fully renovated in early 2024.
