Casual Colours Barcelona is set approximately 10 minutes’ walk from Barcelona Sants Railway Station and 200 metres from Avinguda Diagonal. This functional hotel offers comfortable rooms and free Wi-Fi. Casual Colors offers simple, attractive décor. Each of its air-conditioned rooms has a TV and minibar. The property has easy access to Barcelona’s main attractions. Las Ramblas and the city’s old town can be reached in approximately 15 minutes from either Sants or Entença Metro Stations. The hotel serves a daily buffet breakfast. Staff at the 24-hour reception can arrange restaurant reservations and provide information on the city’s attractions. Sants Metro Station connects guests to La Fira Exhibition Centre and Plaza de España in just 3 stops. The airport bus also stops here.

Bright studio on the 5th floor of Parque Santiago II, in the very heart of Playa de las Américas. The balcony offers a side view of the sea and the nearby bars. Please note: due to the central location, night-time noise is possible, although the balcony doors have been renewed to reduce it.
The studio has recently been updated with new, high-quality mattresses for better comfort.
The apartment includes:
Equipped kitchen (stovetop, fridge, kitchenware, coffee maker – no oven, no dishwasher)
Washing machine
Smart TV, free Wi-Fi
Hairdryer, iron
⚠️ Important information:
Located on the 5th floor with elevator.
No private parking (free public parking usually available around the complex).
Heated saltwater pool in the complex – sun loungers and parasols available for a fee (approx. €3.50 per lounger + €1.50 parasol).
This is a private flat, not a hotel → no daily cleaning.
For stays over 7 nights: mid-stay change of bed linen and towels.
Guests under 25 are not allowed.
Self check-in after mandatory ID registration.
Office hours: Mon–Fri 9:30–17:30. Out-of-hours assistance: €50 surcharge.
Strictly no parties or loud noise.
