On the ground floor, we offer two newly renovated apartments that seamlessly blend rustic and modern design, preserving the village house's authentic feel while providing a welcoming, comfortable space. **1-Bedroom Apartment** This open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area flows into a separate spacious bedroom, complete with a home office desk. The original wooden beam ceilings and a large central kitchen - dinning counter add a unique touch to the atmosphere. Comfortably hosting up to 4 people. **Studio Apartment:** Thoughtfully designed, this cozy space for 2 features a queen-sized bed, a walk-in shower, a built wardrobe, and a charming dining nook. The use of natural colors and materials creates an inviting environment that promotes relaxation. The house remains naturally cool throughout the day, allowing you to enjoy the serene ambiance. The small patio outside contributes to the feeling of privacy. Guests will experience the unique lifestyle of a Canarias village while indulging in the comforts of modern hospitality.
We are a couple +2 (boy & girl twins, gorgeous, of course ;-). For 15 years we were working for the yachting holiday industry, living in different places around the world, for the majority of which we were on our own sailing boat. It seems like we are always drawn to the more authentic and unique locations. Places were the local life style is visible. We love to be able to get to know different parts of this world, new people, local flavors and sights. Over the years we specialized in creating unique experiences for ourselves and for others. We enjoy hosting and seeing others take pleasure of what we have created.
San Miguel is an historic village at the south of Tenerife. It offers real tranquility and a unique experience of the canary life. This urban center has been declared best preserved traditional nucleus in the south of the island, both in terms of architecture and in terms of rural environmental values. With its historic buildings the village is full of charming little corners. Local bars and small cafes are scattered along the main road. The village is surrounded by and unspoiled countryside for walking, running, and picnicking. Cycling truism in the area is a massive. Bars, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and various shops, banks, post office and public transport are all a quick walk down the street. A friendly tourist info office is also within a a short walk.
